I visited this salon for an eyebrow waxing service and left with a painful burn around my eye. The wax was extremely hot, causing severe irritation to the delicate skin in such a sensitive area. This was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. A professional should exercise utmost caution when waxing near someone’s eyes and ensure the wax temperature is safe before application. Don’t be fooled by the humble appearance - this is a first class salon! I’ve been going here for over a year and every sns powder mani I’ve gotten is the best mani that I’ve ever gotten - every time! I used to live in the city and frequent expensive Russian and Korean salons and I’ve found the quality here is just as good! The technicians care about their work and are perfectionists in the best way. Kevin, the manager is very friendly and professional. It’s truly a hidden gem. 10/10
