Laura was awesome! Changing my review because before I could even drop the car off to my wife the check engine light came on, the ac quit blowing, and the radio randomly doesn’t play sound. When I asked about them looking at it they responded they don’t really do that and if they do look at it I need to find myself a ride to get back to Katy from tomball. Terrible service. Oh and the tire sensor keeps going off.
Laura Ruiz, is the most patient and helpful sales representative there is. She treated us with the most respect and was very helpful in getting things done. Highly recommended her for all your sales needs. Will be coming back in the future.
