I did not purchase a vehicle from this shady company. I was looking for an Altima. Since I blew a head gasket on mine at 291000 miles. I test drove the car and it had a hard pull to the right and had a bad TPM and a key fob warning. The salesman said he would fix it for me. Talked to finance and his price was inflated $4000 above sticker fee with add on’s I told him that was unacceptable since the $699 package add - on was in the photo with the car listing. G motors need to inspect there vehicles better. After buying mine I had to replace the brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels, and also the tension pulling, idle pully, and belt. Warning kept coming on about a door being open when the door was clearly closed. Think twice or test drive it for an hour!!!
John Moore was super nice and helpful. When it came to talking about numbers they rather shoo away customers than give them a breakdown, even when going to finance through them. Shady and not willing to be upfront about anything.
Imran was very respecty and nice, and made the title transfer fast and easy.
Went in to look at a used vehicle, service department asked us to move our vehicle. Picked up a nail in the outer wall of my personal vehicle. They tried to fill it up and admitted fault. And now won’t replace the tire. Unprofessional business- steer clear
