Worst experience ever - my fiance purchased 2 vouchers on Travelzoo back in January for my birthday for us to enjoy a spa day together (facials + massages) at their new Markham location. We immediately called to book, and they couldn't fit us in until end of March - well, then COVID hit and they shut down. Didn't hear from the spa, but Travelzoo did inform us in Mid-August that we could finally redeem our gift certificates for ONLY a facial (somehow a massage is more dangerous than a facial right now, not sure how that works... read more
