Dr Dickerson is been seeing my wife since 2017 and she is always super nice and very knowledgeable. Everybody is so nice, %100 recommend it!
Nobody EVER answers the phone, their voicemail says they're out of the office for "indepence day", have left about 6 messages... nobody has called back, I guess the MAs don't return voicemails either because I've left a couple for them as well. Glad I didn't have an urgent question or issue for the doctor because I'd be dead by now. Having to reschedule MY surgery because their office can't return my call...RIDICULOUS! I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Dickerson. She was thorough and very knowledgeable. Her staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Sandra, Bri and Janet! Job well done for a first time patient.
Initially acceptable, increasingly horrible. Over the last year my experience with this office has been a struggle. I'm dealing with a life or death situation that needs urgency and the support staff keeps giving me the run around. I've seen Dr. Jenkins once. I normally see NP Dickerson. Once I'm in a room with NP Dickerson, she is kind and caring. I enjoy her bedside manner and her presence is comforting. However, any correspondence or communication afterwards is very unprofessional and extremely tedious. Not worth it.
Dr. Jenkins was very informed, informative and direct in a very nice, professional way. He told me, very kindly, what many others in the medical field failed to say. I was very appreciative of his approach and look forward to my follow up visit.
