These guys are a serious joke. I've been waiting on a refund for over 2 months for an engine they've already received back. Jason does not return calls. He mentions his boss Joe who never seems to be at work. No one has taken responsibility for this. Do not spend your money here. Read the comments and save yourself the trouble.
Horrible customer service. Spoke to Jason on Friday about wanting a motor and he told me they could deliver that day. Called him around 2:30 to confirm then he said they couldn’t deliver that day (they close at 4:30 and it was a 45 min drive) so I said that’s okay after some back and forth, Saturday rolls around and never get a call back so when I call them around 11 I ask about the motor and they act like they’ve never heard of me, says he’ll call back with an update. 1:00 rolls around still no call, so I ask him when they ... read more
