I have a very terrible experience with this fraudulent agent,I file my taxes in 2016 and he said my refund was $3900. He sent my money to different accounts in Florida which I dont know anything about. He also loaned $300 from me after filling my tax,up to date this fraudulent man never get me back my money. He also filled for my sister 2016 for my sister and she was audited to return $2,600 back to the IRS. They are very unprofessional, they never receive phone calls and never respond to the messages as well. It's very disrespectful
If a Zero could be given it was earned. More attempted phones calls to reach this place and actually visits to the location than I care to explain. Do not do business here if you can avoid it, we just got audited from a filing in 2015 and learned they fat fingered our taxes and "claimed" without us know over a 20K personal business expense of which I have no history or record of ever engaging in, they actually checked the box on the form stating we had documents and files to provide if needed, UNREAL as we never have had the... read more
