Not even a week after I bought my car, the check engine light came on for a major issue. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced. It would be $2,000 for my Volvo. I contacted Jim and he said he would split the cost to fix it with me. It should have been fixed before he sold it to me. He knew it was an issue but just cleared the code before I came to test drive it and lied about it being in great condition. Shady man. Don’t trust this guy. Bought an '08 Highlander here 4+ years and 45k miles ago, and it's still going strong. Since purchase it's had some standard issues - which all 200k cars in MN have.
I bought a car almost 4 years ago here. Still going strong. The fella that helped my dad and I look around was helpful, down to earth, and genuinely not trying to get me in a car and leave. A friend also bought her car here and was totally happy too!
Bought a car with around 130,000 on it. They said it went thru an inspection process and the engine/brakes were in great condition. Within days it needed brakes and rotors. It’s now 8 months later and was told the engine is completely gone after it just shut down on the road. 11,000 for car that lasted 8 months.
