best food around from soups to crab cakes and the wait time for carry-out is not long
Called ahead, less than 5 mins wait time. Great Customer Service! Delicious Food! Our waitress was awesome. I would have given a 5 star rating, but the ladies restroom needed some TLC. We will definitely visit again.
My husband took me there for my birthday yesterday. I made the reservation 3 weeks ago. When we arrived the parking lot was a nightmare no handicap parking which we needed and no regular spots either. You just have to sit and wait. We were inside checked in at 4:45pm for a 5:00pm reservation. There was no where available to sit and wait. We waited 45 minutes to be seated at 5:35 PM and the host didn't even seem concerned. Party of 12 or more. Called ahead was told they could not take reservations and call thirty minutes before we got there. We called. Waited one hour for a table and was told it would be another hour. Conversations were heating and there was no place for us to set. I sat at a small table by the bar because I have health problems and sat my 2 year of grandson with me to be told I had no right to sit there. It was there to sit people Rude uncaring and impossible. Great service and great food!!! You certainly get you money's worth!! We love it here!!!
I called in a carryout order, rushed to pick it up it was neatly tied together and I paid for a 2 crab cake dinner, went home got comfortable opened the package and found 1 crabcake, 1 tablespoon of burnt vegetables I called spoke to them and went back there and the Mgr was nasty, disrespectfull and refused to correct their mistake. So watch the product they give, they will cheat you and give you a bad product if you don't check your food and management for carryout is the worst I've ever encountered.
We went there last night and the hostesses were very rude. They told us 90 minute wait so we went to the bar, ordered drinks and appetizers. Before it arrived the table was ready. My husband waited at the bar to pay and get the food rerouted to our table and I went to the hostess and told her this, she said you have to wait like I was bothering her. Both of the hostesses were pissy and the waiter was not friendly at all. Not impressed. Won't be back.
The food and drinks were good. There were alot of people cramped in a small hallway trying to get on the wait list for a table, when there were empty tables sitting for 30 minutes with no one sitting at them. Poor management. If you call in a reservation and are not there within 30 minutes, they take your name off the list.
Absolute awesome experience! Crab cakes were the BEST!!! Our waiter was so helpful as it was our first time. It was highly recommended by our shuttle driver and it did not disappoint! My son is deploying and this was his last great meal before he left and is was everything we hoped for and more.
