We were here on an early Saturday evening, it was getting really busy. They use a text call to let you know when your table is ready which is cool. I’ve only been here twice and both servers were excellent despite being swamped. I ordered the broiled seafood platter and my wife got the crab cakes. Needless to say, we brought a lot home and had the rest for lunch. This is an old, locals place. Excellent food and service!
The service and the food was excellent. The seafood platter was absolutely scrumptious! Every bite was a taste sensation! I highly recommend this restaurant!
I’ve been to this place a couple times but last time had to be the worst experience possible not only did I have reservations at 7 and did not get seated until 7:30. I was RUDELY greeted by a fat slob manager telling me “it is what it is”with over 30 people in the walkway/waiting area that can only fit a comfortable 15 people, standing ass to back CRAMMED WAITING for my reserved table to be available, but ALSO someone in my party did not even eat because they could not prepare a well done steak, and the waitress had the nerv... read more
I am not from Baltimore and a friend recommended this place to me. My wife and I ordered the crab cakes and they were the best crab cakes either one of us have ever tasted. I definitely recommend that you visit this place and order the crab cakes.
I love their crab cakes, best ever. I have been coming to eat there since my husband bought me my first one when we were working at Lever Bros. I was working overtime and he went and bought me a sandwich from G&M that was so delicious words could not describe. I have been eating them ever since and that was the year 1990.
Although they didn't have lemonade which is odd I do think they are better with the crab cakes then Timbuktu. And not too expensive
Fantastic crab cakes. The biggest pieces of lump crab I’ve ever seen. Very little filler. Homemade coleslaw was delicious too. Worth the wait.
This was my first time eating inside the restaurant. My family had dinner here tonight for my father’s birthday. We were a party of 13, they split the family up with two waitresses and gave us two checks for one party. Then the manager who was a jackass comes to the table and embarrassed my son. He had a McDonald’s box and Geno the manager came to the table and tells him he cannot have the McDonald’s box.
