Terrible service and terrible customer care. My furnace was serviced by them as part of the conditions of sale for my new house. Immediately upon possession I noticed the wrong size filter was used. Garbage was left by them beside the furnace. A week later I turn the furnace on and the furnace is blowing constantly cycling between hot and cold air. Very prompt service. Went out of their way to help me when my sump pump quit. Quick and efficient. Clean job done.
It’s been almost 4 years since we made the mistake of hiring these guys. Shoddy work. Would never consider them on a bid again. Ask for details should you need. I’ll post photos soon.
Had them booked for a sewer scope on a house that I am purchasing (last day to remove conditions) and they cancelled the job with only 2 hours notice, when they knew all week that their camera was broken - if they had informed us at beginning of the week it would’ve been all good. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate. Luckily another company pulled through with only an hour notice to do up this job for us!
