My issue is with being able to sell my lease vehicle to anyone at any time. GM Finacial does not allow you to sell your vehicle to anyone other than a licensed GM dealer. My lease is set to expire so I solicited offers. CarMax would pay me $900 more than I owe, in that case consider it sold. Once I visited CarMax they informed me they would honor the offer until it came out as being financed through GM Financial so they could not buy my vehicle due to not being a registered GM dealer. I am extremely frustrated with GM Financial. I’ve had nothing but issues since I started my loan with them. Despite making my monthly payment on time, as well as an extra principal payment, the extra payment did not reduce my loan balance as expected. It was applied to future payments instead, and when I contacted customer service, they didn’t provide a clear or satisfactory explanation. Custom service is absolutely trash, terrible experience.
This place charge taxes too expensive. At the moment you pay they charge extra just for pay with a card. If you pay a service for $250+ y still they charge more just for pay with a credit/debit card. They are hungry money and still say it’s cheaper that I charge. Runaway this place people bad attitude and expensive.
