I had a very disappointing experience here. My mother brought her car in for what was initially described as a simple fix, with a quoted timeframe of one to two days. After three days of being told that the parts were arriving soon and that the work was nearly complete, the story changed. Normally I won't leave bad reviews for small businesses but this one has earned it. Purchased 2 work trucks from them thinking we had found an honest partner for our 10 vehicle purchases per year. Brought them 2+ hours home to Maryland and both failed inspection for items that would have failed during their "VA Passed/Inspected" process. They didn't even offer to make us whole.
