Dr Jeffery Cook was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. I took my son for an evaluation and cleaning today and wanted to consult with the Dentist after the cleaning to discuss my concerns with my son's teeth. The tech wanted me to consult with her and when I insisted on speaking to the dentist, she got an attitude. Then when Dr Cook came out, he seemed as if I was bothering him, was very short with his answers and offered no resolve. Very unprofessional had an appointment scheduled and the office was closed when I came, and no one called, what a way to start my holiday, thanks guys.
