Took my Jeep out to have a rebuild kit put in the clutch because to access it the transmission has to come out, and a clutch master cylinder installed. They had to take my exhaust off to drop the transmission to access the clutch, and they didn't put it back on right so the Jeep has a terrible exhaust leak I have to fix. I had them do the clutch master cylinder while it was there because I had put a slave cylinder on already and had hell getting the air out of the system. Jacob fixed our transmission on our way thru town. Nice guy and reasonably priced.
Had my transmission rebuilt by them in my only vehicle a 02 dodge ram and paid them over $1,700 and got my truck back the trans mission wasn’t right so I took it back to them because the over drive would kick on and off it’s self, the transmission temp light would come on, and it wants to slip and it was making a sound coming from the transmission and they poked a hole in my radiator with a clamp when they changed the transmission cooler, they said the looked over it the 2nd time and all they done was take a bolt out of the ... read more
Just does patchwork!!! When they finished with the rebuild the trans would lug at a low rpm. I climbed under and they had cut and welded my pipes instead of taking them loose to remove the trans and the lower bell housing bolts were missing. After the 12 month warranty my trans started slipping, so I called to check how much they would charge to redo it $1250 if they couldn’t get it right at $850 no way I’d pay more to just be in the same boat just after the warranty again!
