I purchased a new home from GL Homes in January at Valencia Bonita. The house came with a warranty thank God since the builder was terrible !! Numerous things needed repair or replacement. Two previous people were supposed to handle problems but did absolutely NOTHING but pass the problem on. I finally once online to the GL warranty website and entered 10 individual items in my home that needed to be repaired or replaced.
