I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My elderly parents had a new oil furnace (improperly) installed by them in March 2017 and they had trouble with it ever since. After a series of "fixes" that never lasted, the furnace finally gave out March of this year. Despite repeated calls for service no one from G&L would respond and deal with the problem leaving my parents, who are in their late 70s and 80s, to rely on propane and kerosene heaters for warmth in roller coaster March weather!
