My daughter is a student at Western. When her laptop died, I sent her to GL Computer Service to see if it was repairable. Within 1 working day, Bonnie had diagnosed the problem and advised us that it wasn't financially feasible to repair it. I phoned to get more details, was impressed at the logical progression of triage, and so I said that my daughter would pick it up in a few days...can we settle up over the phone? Very nice and quick service. Not a fan of the $75 minimum because I only have a minor issue, but good service and quick fix.
