I have used G & L Appliances many times to repair my washer, dryer, refrig, and microwave. I have never had an issue with customer service and I was very satisfied with the work that completed by technician each time! Each item was fixed once of the 15 years in my home! Now I am feeling obligated to set the record straight on the other reviews. I have been using G & L Appliances for 7+ years now. I have AHS and request G&L appliances for my home and my rental with every fridge, oven, dryer, dishwasher, washer, microwave, etc. They are quick to get back to me, always polite and their service man is in and out and the problem it always fixed the same day! My first and only experience with this company! I have an appliance insurance which when I need a service call, they contract with local companies. After waiting all day with no call back, I call THEM only to find out that the next appointment is Monday, and today is thursday. I have three adults, a 4 year old, and a 3 month old living here.
