G.K. Mechanical, Inc. This comment is a response to the review posted by Mrs. Flemming at 7905 Dyer. GK Mechanical did do the installation for the single system home. During the time of construction many homes being built by Majestic Homes had problems of theft. Coils and copper had to be replaced in several houses. Upon responding to a service call at the above address it was discovered that the original furnace panel door was missing. GK Mechanical ordered a new door and replaced it without any charges to the homeowner. At... read more
G K Mechanical has bad coustomer service and high rates I purchased a home a 1year and a half ago and thaey were the one contracted to install my units. These people left the panel off my heating unit fire was shooting out of it and they came twice to refill my A/C unit with freon until I finally realized that the parts are faulty (Lennox unit had a leak). They say their coming at a certain time and don't. They do not call if they are not coming and they come too early. The lady who's the receptionist is rude also and has no... read more
Good People! I have an older unit that really needs to be replaced and have had a technician come out twice to do repairs. He was a really good guy. The price was fair and the service was great. When I do replace my old unit, I will definitely call them to do the work!
