Brought one gear in on July 19th. Was told 2 weeks. Didn't hear anything. Called on Aug 10th. Was told it was going on the machine first of week. Waited week. NOTHING! Went in on the 23rd picked up gear that hadn't moved from desk I put them on. So I bought a dividing head and the cutter to do it myself for about the same price they were going to charge me. I'm a prototype machinist and know it takes time but they are ridiculous. I would find someone else.

Great shop. Super helpful, even after hours. If you got a mechanical issue, Dennis can get you to the finish line.
