Pleasant building with great location. The problem is the horrendous management. Many break ins and thefts of property. Bikes stolen. Cars broken into. Packages routinely stolen. Security cameras were not working for months. Easy security action not taken. There was no manager in residence for months because the management company put the resident manager on suspension.
