good pricing but bad customer service, unorganized, short staffed and bad communication. Not worth the hassle.
Several months ago I asked Goss Roofing for an estimate for opening up their gutter covers and cleaning the gutters out that have caused rain to leak down off the gutters to a ground level hopper window and it is now rotting and needs replacement. They were the installers of these covers. We also needed some other window and siding work. The estimator came promptly but still no proposal.
