good pricing but bad customer service, unorganized, short staffed and bad communication. Not worth the hassle.
Several months ago I asked Goss Roofing for an estimate for opening up their gutter covers and cleaning the gutters out that have caused rain to leak down off the gutters to a ground level hopper window and it is now rotting and needs replacement. They were the installers of these covers. We also needed some other window and siding work. The estimator came promptly but still no proposal. The estimate they provided was fair compared to others, and the completed work came in slightly under the estimate. They also worked with our insurance company, made sure they had someone hear when the claims adjuster was here to help me get the best claim I could. At all times they were polite and courteous. 100% recommend.
This company misled me me, giving me an estimate to repair two areas of my roof. The estimate was quite high but since it was two areas, I went ahead with agreeing to the repairs. They only repaired one area saying other repairs were not needed but did not adjust the price. The repair only lasted about two months and they want to charge for more repairs. I would not recommend this company at all.
