I spoke with a male yesterday and confirmed an appointment for today at 8am. He told me they would call a half an hour out but would be arriving at 8am coming from Los Angeles. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate this service as I do not reside at this home but am the homeowner. They never showed up nor did they answer my phone calls. I called the direct line and the business number leaving a message. No response. Completely unprofessional and will be hiring someone else to do the job.
Maggy Maid did a really nice job. Easy to deal with, showed up on time, and the house looked really good. It took about 3 hours for 2 bedroom apt, which was a mess. Would definitely recommend!
I was looking forward to working with them because of the good reviews but ended up getting screwed over in the end. Not only did they show up late but they weren't very thorough. They forgot to clean an entire bathroom and the stuff they did clean I had to go back over anyways because it wasn't cleaned well. Took them 3 hours to clean one bedroom and one dining room and at the end they didnt even finish the work paid them 200 dollar for nothing. Call the owner he said he is gonna send us other people to do the rest but he never responded after
