Honestly I'm not to happy with this company. My mom moved in to her new house about a year ago. The house came with cracks and dents on three of the walls. They did end up fixing them about a month ago and did a half ass job of it. This company makes promise and doesn't perfume.
Dan B. and his team at G&I homes , Oneonta, got us into a new home that was exactly what we wanted for our growing family. He made it easy for us to customize the floor plan to suit our needs. The house was delivered and installed quickly and professionally and is just perfect. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we had to do it over again. Thanks Dan ! Bill & Carolyn S.
