I took my mother here for a procedure. This place dropped the ball on her appointment. The first appointment the doctors never told my mom to stop taking certain medications and she was told she couldn’t be seen after she took the prep. The second time the receptionist cancelled the wrong appointment and she had to wait an extra 4 hours to be seen. She was asked to come back another day! Rather dismal, really. An 'efficient' consult with Dr's NA but kind of a Nurse Ratched sensation...not interested in any probing dialogue or building a rapport...the answer w/ in 10 mins was colonoscopy and see a surgeon about my inguinal hernia (and I knew this before the consult). I have a great action plan for hernia surgery but colonoscopy / endoscopy was a disaster.
