I went to this place after exhausting the rest of my options; I got a diagnosis but no support whatsoever. The staff members I spoke to were disinterested and uncaring. I waited an hour for my appointment even though I showed up 20 minutes early. Dr. Tooson gave me almost no information pertaining to my chronic illness and I was left in the dark, which led to endless Google searches and research on my diagnosis.
