My hot water heater that Cody installed 11 years ago cracked and flooded my basement. They answered my emergency call promptly and installed the new H/W heater within 24 hours. No complaint there. My wife was quoted a price of $2300 which I thought was high but we had no choice. This happened 4 weeks ago and despite repeated requests for an itemized invoice, they have ignored my requests.
