Our Chef Antonio Ramirez introduces the Farm to Table experience to Gonzales and its visitors. GG Steaks & Spirits provides meats, produce and wines all made the state of Texas. The restaurant and bar is in a two story building that includes a patio for small events. Located upstairs is The Venue which can hold up to 450 people and can be converted into two rooms.

Ordered fillet, could hardly chew it and it had been definitely been cooked on a dirty grill. It was a different cut, not like any fillet I’ve ever seen. I ordered medium rare but got medium. I didn’t want to send back to wait even longer than I had already waited. Kitchen was slow. The mashed potatoes were obviously instant potatoes and the green beans cooked to death. Tasted canned.
