After 3 years of my roof being new that they put on some of the softs came off, and the salesmen came up and fixed it for me, he's very professional. And I really appreciate everything that they do, they do a lot of roofs in my neighborhood. Justin was wonderful and professional Thank you so much.
Had flat roof redone. Corvex used ISO taper system with modified bitumen so there's no standing water. Jamie was very knowledgeable,personable and most important respectful (since I'm a female). He came out and made sure things went smoothly and that the job was done correctly. He went above and beyond, being he is the license holder to make me happy! I would say Jamie is the man if you need a qualified roofing contractor! Elizabeth K.
Although Cortex Roofing has a new warranty policy, they are going to honor an older policy that I have. They are truly professional men. Very proud of them.
