I would never advise anyone to there because after spending over $11,000 doing extractions crowns and making top and bottom partials not even a year one of the tooth 🦷 from the top partial fell off I went to them and they want me to pay another extra $150 to put it back on after they tell me if anything happens I should come and fix it for free they are very deceptive

The environment is clean. They do cleanings great and do work well. I was just not impressed by how they handle “opening and closing appointments”. Hygienist didn’t show up to my 8:00am just because I did not “confirm” my appointment when all they did was call me - while I was at work. By the time I could call them back they were closed? I've not had a bad experience yet, and I've been a patient for over 4 years. My hygienist - T. is amazing. She is patient and gentle with me. The front area manager - J. is always pleasant and polite. I have recommended my peers to get cleanings there, since I've been treated well. Though the previous location in Tamarac was closer to my home, this new office is not too far and looks really nice. Overall, I'm glad to have met Dr. Arenas and his staff. ~Muñeca~
