Awful - stay away from Lon. The owners are lovely but Lon is crazy with his scissors. He will act like he is listening to you, but, he does not care. He took off 6" [when I asked for 1/2"] and colored my hair some 5 shades lighter than asked for {same}... I looked ridiculous, he knew it... the owners said nothing as I paid and left [they likely were ready for an outburst which I did not]...I was headed to an interview within days [Lon you sick person knew this]... and he is just a vengeful, going on his own streak Happy Scis... read more
