Erik's holistic approach to massage is so healing. He has supported me through some serious injuries with massage as part of my healing and I highly recommend him.
I sit a lot for my job and store stress in my neck/shoulders/back, which sometimes causes headaches, neck and back pain. Erik is always able to iron everything out, making me feel like a brand new person. He also suggests helpful exercises/stretches that improve my posture and reduce pain. He is super chill and his music selection is on point. Erik is the best!
I tried many massages but nothing s compared to this one, actually it's a must ! .. .
Erik is an extremely skilled RMT. He has a very knowledgeable approach and his ability to heal, improve mobility and wellbeing is outstanding
