Experience was very positive. Tech kept me informed and delivered as promised.
Worst customer service EVER. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. I called to schedule an appointment to fix my dryer. The lady said that they couldn't give me a window but would call 30 minutes before arriving. I stayed closed to the house all day waiting for a call that never came. 7pm that night I called AGAIN to reschedule and their answering service said someone would call back in 1 hour. This is day 2 and I still haven't heard from them. Awful!!
Great service. Needed a belt for my clothes dryer. Called to order it and the guy was very helpful with the information he gave me. Ordered the belt for pickup. Was able to walk in, pay for the belt, and then headed home.
