We purchased a GE PROFILE Refrigerator about 3 years ago. We had it for JUST over 1 year when the freezer went out, so it wasn’t within the warranty replacement. However, the parts ARE under warranty. They sent a service tech out. He had to REBUILD THE FREEZER TWICE. IT TOOK OVER 5 MONTHS TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN. THERE WERE SO MANY SERVICE CALLS THAT WE HAD TO WAIT WITHIN THEIR TIME WINDOW. SO MUCH LOST TIME, SITTING AND WAITING, YET IT WASN’T FIXED OVER AND OVER.
