RUN! I have no idea how this company got good reviews. Gary is a nice guy, but we had problems with his work from the very beginning. It was a headache, and a 13 week nightmare. I would not recommend this company. We felt like we had to manage this project daily instead of relying on them to do their job. 1. Overall the project management was scattered. Gary was very responsive to all my questions and needs. That was very important to me.
Gary did a wonderful job and was the right choice for our project. There were no hidden fees or overruns, despite having some fairly complex and unexpected plumbing items to handle. He built exactly what we asked for, and it came out even better than expected. He only picks the best subcontractors to deliver each piece: they were all very friendly, explained everything there were doing and did excellent work. Our attic-turned-bedroom is beautiful. Gary is a great GC and a really nice person; we highly recommend him.
