If I hadn't bought a plot of land in the country to get away from the city, I would still be living here. Living in this building, in the spacious and well appointed apartment, was an absolute dream. The location is difficult to beat. The 606 trail literally steps from the front door, Division street less than a 15 minute walk away, and all the shopping and restaurants that Bucktown and Wicker Park have to offer, all make for a great centralized spot. Great building, awesome location, and spacious units -- the owners are very responsive and detail oriented!
Greg and Melissa are wonderful and extraordinarily professional landlords. They take immense pride in their buildings and it shows - the high-end quality of brands and finishes combined with the terrific upkeep of the premises make their units live like custom condos rather than just a cookie cutter rental. And the location just can’t be beat. We absolutely loved our experience living at their building!
