Had gutters installed 2 years ago. Front corner right beside the main entry to the house has been leaking since install, streaming onto our heads when we need to walk under it and leaving a frozen safety hazard on the driveway during the winter. I called and sent texts, was at first promised it would be fixed, several no shows, and then eventually just ignored. After a year I finally got them to come out and attempt a repair.
