Great Professionals! They took the time to actually diagnose the problem with my heater and had it fixed within 1 hour, turned out the gas valve needed replaced - they had the parts on the truck! Very honest, reliable, and professional! Another company, without hooking up any equipment misdiagnosed the problem. I will now always reach out now to Cullum Heating and Cooling!
Long story short, they charged me for replacing an expensive part that wasn’t faulty, when the problem was a different/cheap part. The employee told me it was working now when it was easy to see that it wasn’t. Any attempt at contacting the company about it has been ignored. Find someone else.
We used G Cullum twice since moving into our home a few months ago. We were having issues with the heat (trying to test it out before the winter months) and the first visit we just had typically maintenance and the heat was working great. Great team to work with here. They went way beyond what was required when working with us and repairing our system. We appreciate it. Without a doubt we will use them for our future needs and we recommend them to anyone for hvac needs.
I got my AC and Heat system done for a lower price than other local companies. The installation process was great. The workers made sure to clean up after they were done every day at the end of the day. On the final day of installation, the team lead took his time to explain the importance of changing the filter and warranty coverage of the system. Overall, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend.
