Honest work at an Honest price...
Will rip you off. I had a mini-split failure, got an estimate from them for a "Mainboard replacement" at $1750 with no breakdown for parts/labor (red flag). I was able to get a brand-new factory mainboard delivered for $275. As a non-repair person was able to remove and replace in less than an hour. I'm all for paying a technician for their skill/time but ~$1500 for an hour labor is downright shameful.
I really want to like this company, but they make it hard. If the owner comes out, you've got it made. Super knowledgeable, personable, competent, and follows through. Unfortunately most of his other service techs don't have the same commitment. Several times I had to call them back because the work was not completed correctly. The scheduler that answers the phone seems to help cover for them and is sometimes argumentative.
