G&C Autobody did an excellent job with communication, service, and repair. My Kia Niro was damaged while parked on 6/19/26. Once my vehicle arrived at G&C Autobody on 6/22/26, Jonathan the rep from G&C immediately contacted me to give me updates on the repair. We received the estimate for the repair and they started immediately. We received our car back on 7/1/26.
I called Toyota to ask them who they use they said G&C, so I booked my appointment with them to get my 4runner repaired. When I initially got the vehicle back, I noticed some issues and brought it to their attention. They scheduled another drop off and addressed the issues I had identified. They were very customer focused and take pride in their work. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you need your vehicle repaired, then you can't go wrong using this shop.
Friendly staff except receptionist. Clean environment, easy to locate and easy entrance. I came to get an quote for body work.
I just left this place and asked Jonathan, the guy who was supposed to help me, to remove all my information from his system. I was so disappointed with his manners and unprofessionalism that I decided I would not trust my vehicle with such staff. He started by calling me Bruh, instead of addressing me by Mr. Palacios or at least by my first name as any professional and respectful appraiser would.
