I came in for an estimate with a referral from state farms insurance company after an accident and initially thought the process was going normally,. However, once I explained that I will not be getting the repair done there at their shop, the estimator's attitude noticeably changed an the estimate that I received was extremely lower than state farms picture estimate and other reputable auto body shops. After telling the shop that I would not be getting my vehicle repaired there, I received an estimate that was much lower than another estimate. I encourage anyone seeking repairs to get multiple estimate and compare carefully.
They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Kept me posted on how my truck was doing and when I could expect it back!
