Dr Holloway was running behind, but for an orthopedic office that is not uncommon. I do not mind that if the physician spends time and is professional. But, Dr Holloway was argumentative about medical records and was so rough in the shoulder exam that I doubled over in pain. I understand measurements need to be taken, but he grabbed my arm and yanked it where he so desired. He did not even apologize as i doubled over in pain as he continued with his measurements.
