During my recent refi, I was notified at the last minute that I needed a structural inspection for a closing. After many phone inquires, I finally found a company that could provide the service that I needed. I spoke with Jose on Tuesday regarding a 40 year notice I received from the city, I had a closing for the sale of my building that week which made it extremely difficult to have it done. Jose set up an inspection the next day, the inspection was done as promised and I received a report quickly, an amazing feat considering the time frame. I highly recommend G. Batista & Associates, I found them to be an honest, reputable and very competent firm, hard to find in today's world.

The staff was very helpful. We needed a 40 year inspection for our building. They explained the entire process over the phone, and we had a proposal within an hour. Once we signed the proposal the inspector contacted us and we had the inspection done the following week. When we received the report we submitted it to the city. The process was easy and smooth. I highly recommend this company to any building owner needing a 40 year recertification. Thank you again!
