Everytime i call they are rude.... i cant even get a liheap delivery...why they in the program if they never deliever the oil....Being nice to ppl who need help doesnt hurt.... im a single parent and i work hard but sometimes its hard to oay for oil so i get help from the state with oil i cant even get...Makes me feel like they dont care about me as a customer....Maybe i should change my account to a place that actually does their job.... Hhhmmm.
