G Bass company install a heat pump for me. Gave me a 10-year labor and miscellaneous parts warranty. Called and told them I had a warranty issue and they hung up. Called back the next day they hung up again. Very unprofessional and they will not stand behind their work or warranty. DO NOT USE THEM!
