Chef Brackman takes a minimalistic approach to his food to ensure that every ingredient can be tasted on each plate. Nothing is overpowered and everything works together very well. The food was exceptional, the bartender and his drink menu outstanding, and service very professional. I also love the atmosphere .

This little restaurant combines a cosmopolitan ambiance with the feel of a local place to go where the staff treat you like family. On a recent visit, I had the pumpkin fettuccine and my friends had the tuna tower and steak. Fabulous food! Make reservations because this place is always busy - a testament to the fabulous food! Great atmosphere and the food was really good...service was ok. She didn't tell us the specials (we found out they had specials because the table next to us ordered one and was telling us about them) but overall it was a great place and we would go back
We have the privilege of calling Gregg Brackman, owner of GBar & Kitchen, our son -in-law. Not only is the food he serves delicious, it is beautifully presented & prepared from scratch . Treat yourself to a real dining experience!
