Horrible service. Very rude staff. Did not get my sisters order right. Bland food and forgetful staff. Had to ask 3x for a Pepsi for my mother. My sister ordered a dozen clams they only gave her six. Didn't even ask anyone else if they wanted drinks. Overall horrible service. I will NEVER eat there again. The 6$ tip was too much as well. Should have been $0.00
Giovanni's on the concourse is great! My favorite things to order there are the clams oreganata & the wings! :-) Yum!!! However, the Fordham Road location, leaves a LOT to be desired! The service was poor & the pizza wasn't that great, so I felt cheated by the price.
The wings had good flavor but the chicken Marsala was great. If you have no idea what chicken Marsala is. It was in a runny grease sauce with no flavor and definitely no Marsala.
Great food & nice ambiance. Been coming to Gbar for years now & Ive never had a bad experience.
I just asked how long had the sangrias I ordered had been sitting at the bar. They both (white and red) tasted and looked like fermented fruit in a glass. The waiter came and took it away but did even offer a new one with fresh fruit. Had to ask for more water since the waiter didn't stop by after walking away with only the white sangria. Not sure I'll be bringing any of my friends here any time soon. I'm very disappointed since it is not the first time I come here
