Hair was in my sisters food, my bolognese was not great tasting. Sangria was made with fake alcohol.
The food was just ok... The 2 stars is really for the subpar customer service. Went on a day when it wasn't busy. A lot went wrong from seating to having to having to repeat my drink order 5 times to new waiter, to getting the bill wrong. A child seated next to us dropped a glass and shattered it. Loud noise. Staff looked and no one came to clean it up. A liability issue for them. Safety issue for patrons. The food is ok, but it's not all that.
A little understaffed however, our waitress Dayna was great. The kitchen was slow but the food was good.
