Shady pricing and uncommunicative. A man came over and gave me a price for the initial spray, claiming the initial is always higher than the scheduled plans. He then quoted a 3 month and a 6 month plan each. I received an email later that week, and the price was not what he had told me in person. In fact, it was the exact same higher price for the initial treatment. I responded, asking about the discrepancy. No one ever responded. Makes me question their integrity. Prices should be standardized based on square footage.
They are great. Very professional and always do a great job and always explain every step of their process.
