When you have an account with B & J and you call they place you on hold to take care of in store customers and don’t return to your call, I tried calling back as I have a customer in my shop waiting for me to order a common part they once again placed me on hold for 5 more minutes and then they hung up as a result I will be pulling my account out of B & J and use another parts store due to they really don’t care about $100k+ I spend a year there. I went to every auto parts store I could to locate a locking lug nut. Finally I was referred to this store Took less than five minutes to find exactly the lug nut I need. AAA +
Good quality service with the most affordalbe prices on parts i always get my parts from here will be back this week
The ppl working there are awesome. Prices are fair and they go out their way to direct you to good mechanics. Believe me, they know the guys that do good work. They have another location in East Chicago. Went there to have dull lights professionally cleaned. One of the employees took a look at the headlights, came out with a can of $3.00 cream and presto lights were bright again. Another place had told us $95.00 to remove lights and clean them .SHAMEFUL.
